These dinner plates will add a beautiful handmade quality to your table setting.  They are glazed in a dark iron glaze with a light matt speckle on top to give them a moody Scandanavian feel.

The plates are thrown on the wheel with a stoneware clay.  They have turned footrings in the base so they beautifully balanced to hold.  

As this item is handmade, each piece will vary slightly in size, form and finish.  We believe this adds to the character of each piece and is something to be valued in the handmade.
